According to the provisions of Section 360 (1) of Act No. 125/2008 Coll., on transformations of commercial companies, a change of legal form does not terminate a legal entity or transfer its assets to a legal successor, but only changes its internal legal relations and the legal status of its shareholders. Thus, the change of the legal form of our company will not affect the legal relations between our company and partners.
