The sales team manager leads the sales team and manages its sales activities. He/she is in charge of creating and leading his own team. He/she also takes care of the continuous expansion, development and motivation of the team. Manages the activities of individual sales representatives, provides them with feedback and training. Motivates and continuously evaluates sales representatives with regard to their activities. He/she is responsible for the development and production of the sales team and regularly reports the results to the senior manager.
