Stearic Acid is unique saturated fat as it doesn´t increase LDL level of cholesterol in blood. It is characterized by high stability due to natural antioxidants contained - vitamin E and polyphenolic substances.

The bonus of inulin is its probiotic effect - it stimulates the growth of beneficial bacteria in the colon. occurring in fruit. It is produced by microbial fermentation of carbohydrates. Its energy value is zero, it doesn´t cause tooth decay and doesn´t affect blood sugar (GI = 0).

Used ingredients and proportions fulfill the requirements for nutrition and health claims according to the Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006, based on scientific opinion of EFSA:

It keeps the correct mineralization of teeth by reducing their demineralization.
