is purely natural fat in cocoa beans, it contains combination of saturated fatty acids and mono unsaturated fatty acids. Stearic Acid is unique saturated fat as it doesn´t increase LDL level of cholesterol in blood. It is characterized by high stability due to natural antioxidants contained - vitamin E and polyphenolic substances.

Inulin

is purely natural soluble dietary fiber from chicory root. According to dietary guidelines an adult man should consume 25-30 grams of dietary fiber per day. The bonus of inulin is its probiotic effect - it stimulates the growth of beneficial bacteria in the colon. The health benefits of dietary fibre are still being verified by numerous scientific studies.

Erythritol - a natural sweetener

Erythritol - a natural sweetener

occurring in fruit. It is produced by microbial fermentation of carbohydrates. Its energy value is zero, it doesn´t cause tooth decay and doesn´t affect blood sugar (GI = 0).

Used ingredients and proportions fulfill the requirements for nutrition and health claims according to the Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006, based on scientific opinion of EFSA:
